Under Pressure

I had heard we might get rain today. Yup, I got a pressure migraine during the night. One of the worst I've had in a while; thankfully, no throwing up or other orifice expulsions. But the headache didn't go away with a half dose of the over-the-counter pill, and neither did the insomnia. I took the second half dose when I got up, had a hot shower, and ate my usual migraine breakfast of ramen. The salty broth seems to help.

I will be hydrating more than usual and also drinking ginger tea this morning.

I got mine earlier in the night and was able to use the prescription half pill to keep it from getting worse, but I feel you on the insomnia and other effects. I hope today is gentle with you from hear on out.
