Well, that commute sucked.

No comments about CA drivers and rain, please. This had more to do with the freeway being completely flooded.

Grr. Altho I do think it had to do with people forgetting that 2 inches of water on the roadway isn't going to drown them.

However, the completely flooded underpasses were NOT fun.
