Sort of a cheat

I took this from our CSA newsletter rather than one of my cookbooks.
Grilled Radicchio with Gorgonzola and Walnuts
2 heads Royal Rose radicchio, each cut into 4 wedges
truffle oil
3-4 oz Gorgonzola
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
5 T lemon juice
salt & pepper
Leave the core in place to anchor the leaves. Rub the radicchio with truffle oil to moisten the leaves. Grill over medium heat or broil just until they turn color and soften - about 5 minutes.
Blend cheese, walnuts, and juice until creamy. Season as needed. Spoon over hot grilled radicchio.
Comments: eh. I like gorgonzola and walnuts. The radicchio was bitter (although it's supposed to be.) Still, it went pretty well with the grilled lamb.
Would I make it again? Sure, but I won't go out of my way to do so.
