Our kitten is a freak.

Galen has discovered the joys of running around the bathroom at high speed (not that it takes much time). His current favorite place is hiding between the cloth and plastic shower curtains.

This morning, he was sitting there while I was in the shower. Mewing. Cat, you’ll have to wait – you don't want me to pet you when my arm is wet.

But when I got out, he jumped into the still-damp bathtub.
And lay down.

A cat who likes getting wet? Freak!

Random change of topic - in our CSA box this week:

1 pound carrots

Y'know, Honor is like that with the water, too... She doesn't want the full actual bath thing, and would be quite unhappy if there was *standing* water, but she enjoys the damp. She also really enjoys the tase of people-flavored water, licking out that sink or bathtub or shower with great gusto post human ablution ritual (...."Mmmm...human sacrifice...."?) I've come to the conclusion that being petted with a damp hand feels like being licked by Mom. Or maybe they're just freaks.
