I've been doing (mostly) weekly Resolution Recipes for (checks back entries…) good grief! Almost five months now!
Sometimes I get comments; mostly I don't. That's fine - I'm doing this basically for myself anyway. But hey, it's a good excuse for a poll. It won't change anything, so feel free to answer honestly.

[Poll #387337]

Edited to add: I got a lot more "I've tried some of the recipes" responses than I expected. Including some folks who I thought didn't generally cook much. That strokes my ego nicely...

I can't cook, so I don't always read them. Even your easiest would be way too difficult for me! :->

Well, I want to try the Tart Tatin recipe with spelt. I vote you keep them.

Problem with me is that I don't have much time to cook these days.

We learned a shortcut tart tatin recipe (sacrilege) from America's Test Kitchen and so we always cheat on that one now.

Not only do I read them, and sometimes comment, but you've inspired us to start doing something similar... though probably less disciplined. We have all these cookbooks, with all these recipes, and if we could just try one new thing a week it would be cool!

Yesterday, f'rinstance: Chicken with sour cream. Recipe on my LJ.
