This week's Resolution Recipe: The Regal Rhubarb.
50 ml Warner's Rhubarb Gin
20 ml vermouth
5 ml peach liqueur (I used apricot brandy - it's what we have, plus given the small amount...)
12.5 ml Campari
12.5 ml Aperol
Add all ingredients to a glass and stir with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.
What worked: It was pretty good. I used our food scale to make measuring easy (it has a setting for ml)
What didn't: five ingredients is a bit more than I tend to want to mix.
Will I make it again? Maybe. I might just try a standard three-ingredient Negroni with the rhubarb gin.
