It's a Civet Code Violation

The coffee shop where I have been going for approximately weekly coffee was closed last week until further notice for health code violations. Specifically, rodent droppings - including around their bags of coffee beans.

Trying to look on the brighter side - like "American Wagyu beef", they could have called it "American kopi luwak" coffee.
