There's something disturbing about taking a shower with a cat sitting on the tub, in between the shower curtain and the liner. Knowing that he's watching intently.
Max used to do that. And he could never figure how I managed it when I would arrange for him to get splashed. And, like T&Ls Caliban, he was just waiting to be able to drink from the drain.
Yeah. Max used to do that with us, too. It was a bit weird, but I just reached a point where I shrugged my shoulders and didn't worry about it. Most of the time we've had the goober twins, we haven't had a shower curtain -- or if we did they didn't seem interested in getting wet. Zootie used to sometimes hang out and lick my legs after getting out of the shower, although he doesn't do it now. Now that's a weird sensation ... and it tickles.
Meep AKA Sits on Bladder, will sometimes pop her head in if she can drink from the spout while I am taking the shower. It's really quite weird this cat freaks out if you just walk toward her but she is brave enough to get her head wet just to get a drink of warm water...
