Garlic or Chocolate?

Almost any food can be improved with the addition of either garlic or chocolate. Very few benefit from both (mole is an obvious exception).

With that in mind, and because we're 1/3 staffed and I'm bored:

... but don't mix them. I tried some of the Garlic Chocolate at Gilroy one time. Ewww.

Now, maybe if they'd made it aztec-style with hot pepper, too....

..all the time in chili, mole, and other long braised, slow cooked sauces where I'm slow roasting something (usually meat). Sometimes there's coffee in there too.

Yeah, we really like traditional mole (and let me tell you, it's near impossible to find predone here in New England! Now I've learned to make my own.)
