There's an extreme satisfaction in successfully setting up someone. Especially if the person (or, in this case, organization) deserves it.
Me (calling a catalog): "I'd like to remove a name from your mailing list."
Person: "All right, may I have the information?"
Me: (gives father-in-law's name)
Person: "May I ask why you would like to be removed?"
Me (waiting for that very question): "Because he's been dead for a year."
