Bread and pancakes are the only things I can think of. I've heard about buttermilk chicken, but have never made it nor tasted it.

I drink it regularly.

But since I doubt you indulge or you wouldn't ask...

I'd use it to make fried chicken (soak the chicken in the buttermilk).

Or I'd make some kind of pound cake (yum!).

But really.. I'd drink it.

Mango lassi.

Take buttermilk, put in blender. Add mango pieces (Trader Joe's frozen mango chunks work well, after they've thawed), blend. Pour into glass.
