milestone, of sorts

Galen did something this morning that he had never done before.

Barf all over the floor.
At 2 AM.
Fortunately, my wife woke up and took care of it. And Galen seemed okay two hours later when I got up.

...the holiday food gift parade has started.

I just got a box of Mrs. Fields cookies, which I took down to our Facilities people. They don't get much recognition, plus that way it's not in my office tempting me away from the gym.

Just in case you think I'm being selfless, I already had a brownie from a different box. Feeling the unaccustomed sugar rushing through my system right now.
