I'm a gross polluter!

No fart jokes, please. Apparently the '95 Saturn now qualifies.
It failed a smog test by one point. I'm torn between junking the car - although I'm not quite ready to go buy a new one - and spending the cash to get a new catalytic converter, or whatever it needs to pass this time. The problem with that, of course, is that I'm still planning to replace the whole car this year.

Football terms in our house

Super Bowl: a food dish that the cat doesn’t knock over.

Defensive play: making the cat run around before going to bed, so that hopefully we can get some sleep.

Artificial turf: cat grass.

Quarterback: change found in the futon.

Passing yards: the space needed to avoid the cat’s breaking wind.

Tight end formation: the butt-wiggle made just before the cat pounces.

...Can you tell that we're not big football fans? Other suggestions gleefully accepted.

A recipe!

Normally I don't inflict my medieval recipe redactions on you, but that's what I chose to do as my "new" recipe this week. Suffer.
( Besides, it involves large amounts of garlic! )
