Should I be pleased, or scared?

I dropped my car off today for a minor service. The office manager greeted me by name and pulled up my paperwork with no prompting.

Is that good customer service, or a sign that I spend too much time (and money) there?

... scared, I think.

So much for "minor" service

The car is staying overnight at the garage. Maybe longer.
Grumble grumble new clutch mutterfarb...

The worst part of this, of course, is that we're planning on replacing this vehicle in the next several months. But if we don't replace the clutch, Murphy will ensure that it breaks down at the worst possible time and place (say, on the way to Beltane).

Grumble.
