Potato Salad... for carbo cultists

Pretty good Fourth of July. Beautiful weather, sourdough waffles with fresh strawberries for breakfast; for dinner, barbecued lamb, corn, and Mock potato salad.

Now if I can only get the Preamble out of my head. That's the hazard in watching Schoolhouse Rock.
