It was so hot... that the cat died of heat prostration.

This way she gets to see it but doesn't have to eat it.

We bought a bellpepper expressly for aastg just before the last scripting session, and then forgot to bring it.
Probably for the best since she doesn't actually like bellpeppers.

Since it was hot yesterday afternoon, the wife and I trundled over to Ocean Beach - where it was closer to the warm side of pleasant - and whiled away a couple hours at the Beach Chalet on the edge of Golden Gate Park.

I had an awesome house cocktail that I may play around with replicating: a Sage Press. Anchor Junipero Gin, sage leaves, lime and raw sugar, soda and ginger ale. Served in a tall glass with lots of ice. Refreshing like a Pimm's Cup, but sagey. Yum.
