Top 100 things to eat redux. Ducks?

Because I failed to generate any leftovers last night for dinner, I went out today for pork katsu. Coincidentally, this is one of the Top 100 that I've been gradually working through.

It was good, but for a hole in the wall place that does mainly takeout, it took too long. This is somewhat balanced by it taking too long because everything is prepared freshly.
