I got into the office at 7 as usual, had a very brief working lunch, and didn't leave until 5:30. (Semi-pointless meetings all afternoon.) Then I got to bed late. I knew I'd be dragging today, and unfortunately that was correct.
I had a larger-than-usual cup of coffee at home to compensate, but it didn't help. So I went for my occasional (okay, at least weekly) second cup of coffee.
"I accidentally poured you a large, is that okay?"
Everything's coming up Milhouse!
Then I spilled some on my white shirt. D'oh.
