Quiche me, I'm Irish!

I made one of my better quiches for dinner last night -- smoked salmon, red onion, and dill Havarti.

When I make quiche, I throw in way more of the key ingredients than I'm supposed to, but somehow, I think this combination would suffer if overburdened by any of those three. What were the proportions? 1:1:1 or what?

Cheese > salmon > onion. I didn't measure; I used what I had and added until it seemed right. Which worked just fine, but is a bear for repeatability...

Yeah. I just need to dig around, I am sure there are a gillion recipes, so that the first time out, I have something to look at. (Remember, I haven't been doing much cooking until the last year or so ...)
