I'm spending an extra day here in Nixon's Playground on the company dime - damn it, I have to work all next week and if I flew back today, that would be 12 straight days of work. Also, this way I get to go see Cirque de Soleil as the post-conference "activity". I've never done any of the activities before as I'm always rushing to the airport.

Instead, I slept in this morning. So I'm going to exercise a bit today, wander around Key Biscayne slightly, and go to a nearby divey Cuban restaurant for dinner that got some rave reviews from a couple other attendees.

And the weather? Freakin' gorgeous.

Which Circque show, just out of curiosity? They have so many these days. <g>

Ah, I think I watched that one on Bravo awhile back. Fun stuff. But then I've watched most of the ones on Bravo, and caught "O" in Vegas, and enjoyed them all ...

Bebe Rebozo, we hardly knew ye...

You remind me how Nixon, despite his pious whining about his Quakerism and Good Republican Cloth Coats, loved the high life of the wealthy and conservative. I remember a picture of Nixon and Bebo Rebozo that Time ran, and my Bro commenting, "Those are some big ol' shorts!"
