I took today off work - unfortunately, I didn't sleep in much. But I've done some futzing around and generally relaxing.

Now: to bake. Tartlet shells for the wedding today, Brie tartlets tomorrow.

I heard somewhere that you can make mozza cheese at an event and have it ready for brekkie Sun morn... do you know anything about cheesemaking, or can you direct me in the right direction?

I've made mozzarella, although not onsite. It's very easy so yeah, it could be done Saturday.
