madbakerThe wife and I went to 1505 for dinner. Mainly because we wanted to have a bit of private time outside the hotel, and this got decent reviews and looked interesting.
Well, one out of three. The atmosphere was painfully hipster (the hostess had two nose studs) and with the room 75% empty, it didn't work. The food was okay; the wife enjoyed her filet mignon. My chef's special of beef stroganoff, however... I counted three pieces of beef in the plate of pasta. The flavor was tasty, but "pasta stroganoff" doesn't have the same appeal. At least they comped my glass of wine in apology.
Would I go back? No, even if I lived close to Modesto.
