A new arrival in the family

The Duke of Duck travels the lands protecting the innocent fans of curling tournaments worldwide with his sidekick The Bug Wonder. He has a special place in his heart for the Schenectady Screwballs.

A friend of mine from my undergrad days has been making sock creatures. Her latest arrived yesterday and is now sitting proudly on our study shelf.
I'm particularly fond of the banner.
