Took a bus over to the Financial District. Found it the restaurant I was looking for - Plouf - after a bit of wandering around. Had a dish of steamed mussels in garlic, with a side of fries. A glass of red wine. A good book to read and cooperative weather.

(reasonably happy sigh)
