I called in sick today - I just couldn't see driving to work with a migraine. It woke me up around 3 AM, with the feeling of a constricting steel band around my temples.

I'm feeling better now (obviously, or I wouldn't be on the computer). My migraines are relatively infrequent and mild compared to a lot of folks, but they're still no fun.

My doctor gave me something called Midrin which helps a lot for Migraines. It usually takes about 20 minutes to smack it down. If not, a second capsule will get it. Happy head health to you!
