spicy Butternut Squash soup with creme fraiche and a fried sage leafTheir intent was to do a more-or-less traditional dinner, but tweaked slightly. It was excellent.
Turkey leg confit salad with dried cranberries and persimmons
an intermezzo of lemon sorbet
Pan-roasted turkey breast with a yam cake, brioche stuffing, cranberry gelee, and greens from their garden
