ldyanna and I had a good chat yesterday - the "how are things going and what should we be doing" chat, as we'd already agreed to continue our year-and-a-day relationship. Lots of good random chattage too.

I even lent her Peermalion, although the audio is difficult to make out without a cast member present feeding the lines.

Um, turn the volume up? I know, there are still a couple places where lines get lost, but ... (I just watched it as I converted to digital -- am burning the DVD image now ...).

You have no idea. I tried to do that with the software I have for one of the "silent" videos (Our Kind), and it got to be so difficult I gave up. You have to keep adding new objects for each subtitle, and so on, and the software I'm using doesn't handle it well. And Peermalion is ... shall we say ... wordy.
