Post-tryptophan musings

madbakerMy office is about one-third full this morning, and it feels over-staffed. Me, I feel over-stuffed.

callistotoni. We even sat down to dinner on time! That's what happens when two over-organized cooks split the duties, I guess.
We spent the afternoon watching The Two Towers. Must see ROTK now!
No turkey leftovers for lunch! Because my boss bought me lunch on Wednesday, not because I don't have any. There's half a turkey and a pan of stuffing sitting in the fridge at home. I did bring leftover apple pie for breakfast today though.
Mmmm... pie.
Galen was sniffing around the kitchen all day as the turkey cooked. His toothpaste is chicken-flavored, and he loves it. He is still unclear on the concept of non-paste bird, though. When presented with a shred of turkey, Galen hesitantly sniffed at it a few times, and eventually was persuaded to start licking it (rather than shredding with his teeth). Maybe he's a fish-eating cat?
