Add: "Small Cipollini Onions". "Cipollini" means "small onion".

Ok...it took me a moment to realize what you're objecting to in the phrase "Small Cipollini Onions" isn't the "small", but the "onion". Because "Small Cipollinis" would be really tiny - maybe grape-sized. If such a thing exist.

The phrasing sense was "small onions of the cipollini variety". It's still a double redundancy.
