The reason behind my occasional vertigo, lack of complete eye tracking, etc (none of it serious, thankfully) is revealed: three days of 102 degree fever.

In technical terms, my brain was being poached.

The relief from the vertigo is amazing, isn't it? I had one point the other day where not only did I have vertigo, but my whole body was weak -- I felt like I couldn't stand up, that the muscles in my legs were just not strong enough. Gah. Be nice to be completely over this thing, and it sounds like yours was worse than mine.
