I loves me some antibiotics

Last night, for the first time in a week, I didn't hear the pop rocks gurgling up from my chest while breathing.

'Course, I still have half the course of meds to go, and I don't have any stamina back yet, but I'll take progress.

It took me forever to recover from pneumonia. Then again, I went straight from pneumonia-ridden to pregnant, so I don't know when one energy drain ended and the other began.

Thank you for knowing you have to finish the antibiotics. Given the idiots clients that I have dealt with, the way they would handle it would be to feel slightly better after 3 days and then not touch the antibiotics again until they got an infected hangnail 2 years later. Then they would call me, asking whether the antibiotics were good for the problem, argue about coming in for a physical exam, and then hit the ER 4 days later because the sepsis was spreading up their leg.

No, I'm not annoyed. :-)
