Mar. 30th, 2008 12:40 pmYesterday I visited one of the campuses I'm considering for an MBA. I wanted to sit in on one of the classes to see what the curriculum and interaction was like.
...it was on capital markets. How stocks and bonds work, and who buys them. I could have taught the class.
It doesn't make the program worthless, but it would have been more interesting had I not been able to snooze through the whole thing.

Date: 2008-03-30 08:17 pm (UTC)Personally though, I'd mainly be doing it for the certification rather than to learn. Lots of companies are now requiring an MBA and screening my resume out, disregarding my actual job experience.
