not the best night in a while

The wife was up all night, literally, working on her last final project (which is due today). This meant that I didn't sleep that well, and neither did the cat. He was disturbed by being shut out from the family room (where his kitty condo resides).

Strangely enough, she didn't want him in there jumping and skittering around while she was putting a book together. So Galen kept coming into the bedroom and licking my head.
