Chocolate... and bacon!

Mo's Bacon Bar is surprisingly good. It's not chocolate-covered bacon. It's decent milk chocolate with crunchy bacon bits embedded. I think it would be better with dark chocolate, but then again that's my standard response to milk chocolate anything.

No, I'm not going to try making this with house-cured bacon. Really.

I tried it sometime last year and had the same opinion as you -- would have been much better with dark chocolate. Plus the bacon pieces were a tad small.

I don't think I'd go out of my way to have it again, but it was tasty enough.
