The evil enabler upstairs neighbors informed me that one of the vendors at the Ferry Building sells boar bellies.
Mmmm.... boar bacon... boar pancetta... boar lardo... side-by-side comparisons with domestic pig...[Homer Simpson drooling]

Golden Gate Meat was selling boar bacon. V heroically resisted buying any. Next time!!
