I couldn't sleep last night.
It's not that I was worried, or excited, or couldn't turn off my brain - I just couldn't sleep.
Aargh.

Did you leave your Automatic Shutoff on manual?

I'd recommend boring late-night TV as a therapy, except that it doesn't work for me, either.
