The Political Compass test didn't produce a surprising result. Decent test though.
Economic Left/Right: 3.12
Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.85
...which puts me slightly on the traditional "right" side of center socially, and on the libertarian side economically. Same quadrant as Milton Friedman.
For those who went to the Claremont Colleges, this is the same sort of four-quadrant chart espoused by govt prof (and political pundit) Jack Pitney.

Kinda strange, though, since I'm more hawkish than many of our friends. I just *want* to live in a "live and let live" world.
