The shire sausage-making workshop at our place last night seemed to go pretty well. Turnout was about what I expected - eight or nine people. Because we were making sausages for their event this weekend, we only had half a pound per person, which is not really enough to get a good feel for stuffing. Oh well; I told people I'd repeat it if they were interested.
