madbakerThe shire sausage-making workshop at our place last night seemed to go pretty well. Turnout was about what I expected - eight or nine people. Because we were making sausages for their event this weekend, we only had half a pound per person, which is not really enough to get a good feel for stuffing. Oh well; I told people I'd repeat it if they were interested.

Date: 2008-10-29 04:48 pm (UTC)I'm tired, currently sitting in my 9am class, I had a midterm exam until 9pm last night, and only got about 5.5 hours of sleep. I say all of this because I read the above as: "The shire sausage-making worship".
