I made Tuna of another sort last night for dinner. It's been a while since I made that dish; I'd forgotten how good (and how easy) it is. That may well be my most successful redaction, since other people have made it and liked it as well. It even tastes yummy with relatively low-end frozen tuna steaks.

also, why did you choose mustard (condiment) as opposed to mustard seed?
