This may well be my last public post. After today I will be hounded into protective custody, as rabid anime fans declare a fatwa upon me and call for my death.

I didn't like Princess Mononucleosis.

What I'm reading: CS Friedman, Wings of Wrath

The artwork is gorgeous, but the story lines of this and other similar anime flicks doesn't quite rub the right way. THe closest to happy I get is Spirited Away. Next closest is Howl's Moving Castle, although it's pushing it a bit.

We watched Spirited Away last night. I liked it much better.

You're totally allowed to not like that one. However, if you decide you don't like Nausicaa, make sure you don't mention it when I'm around. That's been one of my favorite movies since the 80s. :-> Just please god don't watch the horrible 80s english version called "Warriors of the Wind" ... just, don't.

Hmmm... I have no anime icons. I must remedy this!

Oh, no, I've declared fatwa on you for other things, and I'm not even rabid ;)

Why should it matter if you don't like a particular movie? Sheesh. I liked Princess Mononoke (or however it is spelled), but it's not for everyone. So? Anyone who goes ballistic on you needs to get a life.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA "Princess Mononucleosis"??!?

Jeez, with a title like that, you'd think it'd have something going for it.
