madbakerI'm exhausted today. Coffee isn't helping. I nearly missed the bus this morning - fortunately the driver saw me jogging down the hill and didn't sadistically drive off.
Why in such a state? Probably homework (I have a major paper to co-write due next weekend) and I'm flying out later today for a work conference in Las Vegas. I don't expect to have a huge amount of fun; most of these I sit inside the hotel conference room the whole time with a notepad. The wife is coming along, though, so she gets to swan and see the Strip (she's never been before).
Our favorite salted piggy parts people are contributing to an Italian fud & wine thingy that looks like a lot of fun. It's the same day as![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aimeric and wufmew's wedding, though. Seeing friends is a higher priority!
