A cheese grater that we received as a wedding present broke. I liked it a lot and used it. We do have two other very nice microplane type graters. They produce a fine, airy grated cheese. Also, often in my case, grated knuckles.

It is virtually impossible to sleep on a plane in coach when you have a throbbing, bandaged left hand. Not to mention that you can't easily carry luggage with it.
