On a happier note, we had some very good socializing at the GSP picnic last weekend. Thanks stella_nordica for hosting. I'm glad I finally got to see your place.

bonacorsi and I met aastg yesterday for mussels at Plouf. Also good socializing and, as usual, fabulous shellfish. I didn't want much for dinner last night, but it was worth it.

It's on Belden Alley in the financial district. They do great mussels and frites. I was the first one to arrive at the restaurant and apparently one of the companies that face the alley sent down a milk crate with an order sheet for them. They filled the order and sent the food packaged to go back up in the milk crate. It was so cool.
