madbakerI've had better days. Monday night I woke up in a cold sweat, but it went away and I was fine all day. Tuesday night I woke up in a cold sweat, and it didn't go away this time. I think I had a (relatively) mild stomach flu. My system certainly was working on expelling whatever was bothering it... so I called in sick and convalesced all day. I feel fine now, at least.
I missed the occasionally-scheduled department lunch, which was part managers potluck and part Safeway/Costco. I had signed up because it's Important To Participate In Group Events. But I won $15 in the raffle anyway.
