Shop at Ferry Building with the wife. Buy ridiculous quantities of various meat at Prather. Buy other fresh food and chat with various and sundry vendors.

ysabella_dolfin's to pound some meat. I helped chop meat for sausages and had much good chattage. I took my experimental fermented pork sausage to see what people thought - they liked them. I did too (there will be a Resolution Recipe post sometime later about them). Fnoink. When I was chopping the varied meats, I experimented with different beats. I started with the Anvil chorus, then went to galliards, then Carmen. I tried Inna Gadda da Vida but I don't know the drum solo well enough...
Return home to change into suit and fedora. Spend time at Bourbon and Branch with upstairs neighbors,ppfuf and G-M. Lovely time and cocktails.
Walk over to Le Colonial for dinner with the upstairs neighbors. We hadn't been there before. Yum. Nice atmosphere, too.
Sleep.
Today I have lots of various cooking things to do, but I also need to work on school papers. I should get to it.
