Mar. 1st, 2010 10:40 pmI had dinner at Les Halles tonight. A lovely bit of seared foie gras with apples and walnuts, followed by filet bearnaise which was meltingly tender. Very nice, although I'm not sure it's better than, say, Chez Papa. (Except that I wasn't held up during my dinner, always a plus.)
