Jun. 15th, 2010 12:41 pmI called in sick today. I woke up feeling nauseous and with a vise clamp around my temples. No alcohol last night, so maybe it was leftover pollen from the event? Anyway, I'm taking it easy but starting to feel a bit better.

I'm a touch worried about the salt mixture, as I'm really allergic to something used in the bacon curing process, but since we regularly eat Aidell's sausages, whatever makes me sick for three days is probably not in the salt mixture.
Do you mailorder your casings, or do you have a local resource?
