madbakerRIP my baker's peel. It served long and faithfully.
I was holding it and noticing the crack in the glued wood. "I'll have to replace this..." CRACK! "...soon." Timing is everything.
I burned it on coals left over from baking breakfast. It seemed appropriate.
I'll try to find a new wooden one that I can use for pizza at home and still fit into the canvas bag that brings my bread board to events.
