The rest of the weekend...

madbakerSaturday we drove to the East Bay for sci-fi movie night at Hakeshouse. Fun chattage, good food, and people we don't hang out with all that often (mostly because they're on another side of a bridge). We started with Robot Chicken Star Wars, and then Serenity. The votes were in favor of Galaxy Quest, but Rowan vetoed that movie as she doesn't like it. We brought Free Enterprise, but since no one else had ever heard of it I think it got one vote. Home after midnight.

ysabella_dolfin make sausages for Investiture feast. More good chattage and food. We got a lot chopped, mixed, and stuffed. I have two long bungs of (modern) nduja to cold-smoke and hang. The lamb-jam was also fun and tasty; I steamed green beans and garnished with lamb bacon. syele took a hilarious picture of Rachael and I evilly holding up bungs, but I can't find it.
Tired and uninspired for work today, though.
